NEW YEAR’S EVE 2022 GALA

Theme: Great Gatsby

Put on your best Great Gatsby themed attire as we celebrate bringing in the New Year with the decadence of the 1920s.

Colors: Black/Gold/White

Scheme: Art Deco, elegance, opulence, glitz

New Year's Eve has always been the night to let loose and upon arrival you will make your way to our secret Speakeasy for cocktails and hors d’euvres. Be sure to say the code word! (Hint, hint- talk to the hostess)

After that, make your ways to Amelia’s Restaurant and Lounge for dinner, drinks and dancing!

Ticket price includes:

• Cocktail party from 5-8pm in our speakeasy, prior to your dinner reservation. Entrance to the Speakeasy includes Premium Bar with 2 drink tickets and passed hors d’euvres.
• Dinner in Amelia's includes- Salad, Rolls and Butter and Choice of Entrée with sides
• Dessert and Coffee Bar from 8pm to Midnight
• Live music with Paula Baker from 7pm-12:15am
• New Year’s countdown and Champagne toast at Midnight

Menu includes:

Hot and cold hors d’euvres

Pot Stickers with Sweet Chili Sauce, Oyster Rockefeller, mini Beef Wellington, mini Crab cakes, Shrimp Cocktail, Deviled Eggs

• Salad
• Mixed green salad with Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumbers, House-made Croutons and Champagne Vinaigrette served with Rolls and Butter
• Choice of Entrée
• Sliced Whole Roasted Tenderloin with a wild Mushroom Demi-glace
• Rack of Lamb with a Dijon and Herb crust and served with minted Demi-glace
• Airline Chicken Breast stuffed with Pate and Truffle butter
• Seared Snapper topped with Crab meat and Lobster and finished with Lobster sauce
• Mushroom Ravioli tossed in Truffle butter and topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs
• All entrees will be served with tri-colored mini Potatoes and Chef’s vegetable blend of baby Carrots, roasted Cauliflower and grilled Asparagus
